Chloe Parks completed her Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status in 2011. Chloe went on to complete a Masters in Primary Education 2016. Since qualifying, Chloe has taught in a range of primary schools in both Hampshire and East Sussex. Chloe joined STEP Academy Trust in 2017, working as Deputy Head and Head of School at High Cliff Academy. In 2022, Chloe started working at Peacehaven Heights as Deputy Headteacher. She is currently a Teaching and Learning Associate and leads on curriculum development. Chloe is currently completing an NPQ in Leading Teacher Development.
